Upper Floor Addition
This residence had a steep roof slope which really reduced the upper usable living space. Renokom cut into the roof area, raising the roof adding a couple of windows, giving the upstairs a full size bathroom on the left and a large bedroom on the right. The back of the house where the full cedar railing is we added a large deck for the upstairs and created a carport below.
The left window is for a new full size bathroom with custom tile shower with seating. Quite spacious. The left side is a full size bedroom. The new view from the windows is of the North Shore Mountains and is fantastic.
Renokom built a Cedar Deck with a full size Jacuzzi, Cedar Panel Railing for privacy and at the same time gave the lower area a carport.

Additional Parking in front off street. The parking pad is out of limestone gravel. That hardens with usage. A nice option to paving or concrete
